Anastasia's journey to becoming a breathwork therapist
Anastasia found her way to breathwork through personal experience and the realization of how deeply our well-being is influenced by our breath – far more than she had ever imagined. In doing so, she discovered the transformative power of conscious breathing for inner balance, well-being and profound change.
Inspired by neuroscientific findings and holistic approaches, she has learned methods that help people to let go of emotional burdens and feel a deep connection to their body again. In her sessions, she creates a safe space in which participants can experience the powerful effects of breathwork and find a deeper connection to themselves.
Her aim is to pass on her experience and knowledge so that people can free themselves from inner baggage through breathing, escape the endless cycle of stress and bring more well-being and joie de vivre into their lives.

The philosophy of Holosomatic Breathwork® is based on the idea that the breath is not only a physiological function, but also serves as a bridge between body, mind and emotions. Targeted breathing techniques can influence the nervous system, release emotional blockages and create deeper access to the subconscious.
Holosomatic Breathwork® combines neuroscientific knowledge, NLP, somatic practices and profound insights to promote holistic well-being on all levels of the human being. This method uses the breath as a tool for self-regulation, stress reduction and emotional processing. Through conscious breathing, suppressed emotions can be released, inner clarity can be gained and the nervous system can be influenced in a targeted manner. Certain breathing techniques also enable altered states of consciousness that promote deeper self-awareness.
The practice helps to free the mind from the constant flood of thoughts and establish a stronger connection to one’s own body and the present moment. Breathwork is used as a powerful tool for holistic well-being, personal transformation and resilience.
